Warm-Up:

Color game w/ body positions and cardio

Stations:

  1. Trampoline - Spin Jumps
  2. Jump Rope
  3. Cartwheel w/ legs going over rainbow
  4. Backbends to pacman
  5. Backwards roll down, Forward roll up wedge
  6. Handstands with hands on mat
  7. Bridge/Table walks over beam
  8. TickTocks or Waterfalls

Circuit:

Burpee --> Cartwheel hands on rainbow --> bridge kick over (see vid for explanation) --> ticktock --> cartwheel off block --> 5 bridge hops (or bridge hold) --> backwards roll of yellow
