Warm up: line up next to edge of red floor (see video). Toe taps, jump switch lunges, mountain climbers, plank shoulder taps, scissor walks, tuck jumps, hops 1 foot, etc.

Review body shapes, roll wrists/ankles and bridge up.

Stations:

  1. [tramp] straddle and split jumps
  2. Split HS rock drill (see video)
  3. Donkey kicks --> FW roll
  4. Bridge walks in circles or appropriate challenge (see video for suggestions)
  5. CW over panel mat
  6. HS on floor
  7. BW rolls off quarter moon (or floor)
  8. BB or bridge rocks

Circuit:

  3. BW roll across or safety rock
  4. bridge challenge
  5. CW across panel mat
  6. HS on floor
  7. BW roll off quarter moon, or bridge kickover
  8. Safety rock with pizza hands
