Warm up:
Coaches choiceπ Make it fun and engaging and active and still review body positions.

Stations:
1: Handstand walks around the block
2: both side cartwheels (one on block and one on mat)
3: Waterfalls and tick rocks
4: Bridge work and Bridge Hops
5: handstand lever kick
6: Rock back grab block rock to stand up. If too tall or short to do on barrel ,just have them do it on the floor
7: body position combos
8: Forward roll on floor holding noodle to stand up with out hands. If they cannot roll on their own yet, break it apart. Have them just practice touching the ground and going over the best they can or have them practice the rock and roll and stand up different things like that.

Circuit:
Forward roll across--> double cartwheel--> roll on carpet-->backwards roll down wedge--> handstand/donkey kick-->roll between rainbows --> Lay on back grab block stand up --> Skip trampoline --> Forward or Backwards roll on red carpet. --> Walk back to the beginning

If you have extra time you can do a show and tell.Have the kids show you some skills. This is a great way to check skills for skill card.
