Warm-Up:

Cardio w/ stretches to go over body positions! You can do high knees, bottom kickers, froggy jumps, bear crawls, etc - just keep it fun! Do a few cardio things, then stretch and review body positions/shapes! 

Stations:

  1. Tiktoks/waterfalls
  2. Handstands
  3. Backbends w/ a spot
  4. Cartwheels
  5. Russian twists w/ feet above the "lava"
  6. Bridge over the mat
  7. Donkey kicks
  8. Coach's choice

Circuit:

Backward roll off mat --> Spotted backwards roll on floor --> Front roll up wedge --> Tuck jump over cartwheel block --> Front roll on floor --> Straddle jump over green mat --> 1 pushup on coach's choice mat

End Activity:

Color game to review body positions/shapes! Since we're reviewing body positions in the warm-up, let's test our kiddos memories w/ the color game and see if they can find the correct shape!
