Obstacle Course:

Wall: Tic Tac/up wall, down pole

Rope

Trampoline: Lil/White: straddle and tuck jumps; Yellow: Pike jump or can work towards front flip; Green: punch fronts; Blue/Purple: front twisting depending where they're at

Handstands

Kicks

Vaults

Dojo Work:

Group workout! Keep it to their level/age. Pushups, sit ups, lemon squeezers, planks, burpees, squats, etc. Try to make it fun!

Stations:

Wedge Wall:

Lils: Climb up, slide down on bottom, roll on mat

White: Wall pop

Yellow: Wall pop, if they have it then wall spin with mat pulled out to slant

Green: Wall spin

Blue: Wall spin; if smaller can do wall flip

Purple: Reverse wall spin

Carts:

Lil/White: Cartwheel

Yellow: Cartwheel with no block, then one handed carts

Green: Round offs

Blue/Purple: Aerials or RO BHS/RO BT

Bar (WATCH VIDEO):

Lils: big swings

White: Front support, if they have it then bar roll

Yellow: Bar roll, if they have it then pull overs

Green: pull over into bar roll

Blue/Purple: Back hip circle

Block:

Superman and Hollow Holds

Yellow Mat:

Lils: Stand on top, front roll

White: Stand on floor, front roll

Yellow: Dive rolls or backwards rolls

Green: Arabian Dive rolls

Blue/Purple: Arabian dive rolls or back tucks off (dependent on if they're ready for back tucks yet or not)

Mini Barrel:

Lils: Waterfalls (will be a spotted station)

White/Yellow: Bridge rocks

Green: Front handspring w/ barrel

Blue/Purple: Front handspring w/o barrel (if ready for it, if not just have them still use barrel)

This week have them work on combos and next week quest!
