Ninja lesson plan august part one

warm-up/split-up: 5-7 minutes

Stations: 2:30 minutes (lil- 1:30 minutes) unless quest week then 2 minutes

bar side:

  1. rope
  2. rolls (see video lots of steps)
  3. vaults (all vaults within level getting taught)
  4. handstands
  5. bar (dive rolls, make the bar short for smaller and shorter ninjas and then for taller ninjas make the bar higher so that the "ninja" mat the grey one is higher up
  6. box jumps

trampoline side:

  1. wall (lil ninjas tic tacs) 
  2. rings

lil- hangs

w- chin-up holds

y- pull-up holds

g/b/p- pull-ups

  1. barrel

lil- spm hs

w- bridges

y- bhs over barrel week one, front tuck timers week two

g- back tuck timers week one, bhs on floor week two

b- td raiz over barrel week one, standing back tucks week two

p- raiz week one, and standing back tucks week two

  1. work out station
  1. carts and stuff

lil/w- cartwheels

y- one handed carts

g- gumbis week one, round offs week two

b- gumbis week one, butterfly kicks

p- td raiz week one, b twist week two

This week is for combos and then next week will be quests!!
