Split-up/Warm-up: 5-7 minutes

Obstacle course side:

  1. wall (lil tic tacs)
  2. vaults
  3. bar
  4. trapese
  5. swinging poles

dojo work (lil wing steps) (everyone else combo work)

obstacle course time should be around 6 minutes

Stations side: stations about 1:30 for lil and 2:00-2:30 for white and up

lil/w- dive rolls

y/g- bhs

b/p- back tucks ->

  1. cart block

lil/w- cartwheels

y- one handed carts

g- gumbis

b/p- raiz td raiz

  1. handstand progressions
  2. workout station (main pushups and sit-ups)
  3. barrel

lil- spdm hs

w- bridges

y- bhs over barrel

g- bhs over barrel to back tuck timers

b- back tuck timers to bhs on floor if good on trampoline

p- standing back tucks on panel mat or on floor if ready

this week will just be using full time and then next week save time for quests
