Warm-up/set-up: 5-7 minutes

Obstacle course: 8-10 minutes

1. rope(if too easy may jump to it)
2. monkey bars (left up because the kids really like them)
3. bar

lil-window escapes

w- window escapes

y- window escape 180s

g- pullover to safety vault and pullover to cast 180

b- any green skill or window escape 360

4. ricochet mats (one foot each mat)
5. two vaults that are from each level you may pick (try and make sure that they are trickier vaults for that level)

NO WALL FOR THE OBSTACLE COURSE

dojo work: same as all ways but make the wall part of dojo work!!!

dojo work: 10-12 minutes

For our stations side we need to have coaches making cluster mat stations so that we can get ready for ninja games!!!
