Warm Up:
Partner warm ups (straddle stretches back and forth, push up position + high fives or sit ups + high fives) Be creative!
Roll out wrists and ankles and stretch out bridges
Stations:
Circuit:
backward roll-->forward roll up hill-->straddle roll forward-->backward roll off half moon-->box jumps--> v-ups-->forward on beam
End Game:
Natural disaster but give them different things in between each disaster (bear crawl, bunny jumps, crab walks, skipping, hopping on one foot, etc)
