Bunnies/Cubs activity: egg shakers
Obstacle Course:
- Tuck hang on bar (gargoyle hang/flip with spot)
- Sideways bear crawl, hands on one beam, feet on other
- BW roll into pit
- Ladder
- BW roll down wedge
- Backwards or sideways jumps
- Monkey tail crawl or bear crawl between cones
- Jump up on blue, jump down
- Balance on 1 foot, tap cones. Repeat on other foot
- Backwards walks or tip toes on beam
added a second stepping stone to remind kids to try both feet
Stations:
- Monkey tail kicks or handstands
- Squeeze bunny between feet, tap orange cones
- Calf raises/donkey kicks (see video)
- Climbing wall
- Spiderman handstands or jump squats
- Cartwheels, step or hurdle into lunge
- BW rolls off wedge or nugget
- Jump reviews, or shimmy side to side on bar
