Warm up:

Everyone will be so excited to be back! They will want to share what they have done and what they got for Christmas. Use the warm up time just to catch up with your kiddos!

Number Course: Follow the Silly Socks!

Walk on slack line

Forward Roll Down both wedge mats

Jump or climb over triangle pieces

Climb ladder to foam pit

Walk one person at a time across Stinky Silly Sock Bridge in the foam pit

Jump on colored circles

Jump Backwards on colored squares

Hang on Bar. Place feet on barrel with legs in a pike position and glide back and forth 3 times.

Color Stations:

Yellow: Crawl through Stinky Silly Sock Tunnel. Crawl on hands and knees on beam through the tunnel.

Blue: Two feet Jumps over the socks

Green: Handstands on Wedge. Spiderman Handstands and Kicking up to wedge.

Orange: Run up the Stinky Silly Sock Wall and touch the socks.

Red: Front support on Bar and Bicycle legs like running in the air. When you are ready you can spot or watch them do front flip roll.

Purple: Waterfall of Rainbow mat, turn do cartwheel on cartwheel block.

Remember to chat with parents. Always greet and welcome new students and fill them in on what we do in our preschool program. Welcome them to the Treehouse!
