Warm-up: Tug-of-war with rope

Stations:

1. HS/Donkey Kicks trying to get back leg to kick foam noodle
2. Pike rocks w/ feet on barrel
3. Cartwheel Circuit
4. Log rolls and Hollow/Super-Man rolls
5. Lunge kick to HS
6. Scissor Walks
7. Waterfalls
8. Tuck jumps/tuck holds on bar

Obstacle Course:

Bar Roll --> Crawl through the cave --> Walk across beam --> Tuck jump off to circle --> Roast marshmallows on campfires --> Backwards roll --> Donkey kick --> Front roll --> Turn jumps --> Step across stones --> Horse ride --> Hands on beam, jump feet to feet
