Warm-Up:

Shooting Star game! Sit around campfire and pass around the star. When coach says "shooting star," whoever has the star has to do 3-5 star jumps then sits back down. Can sit in a different body shape each round to review those. Do a few rounds, then stretch :)

Sloth hang on bar -> Straddle jumps over the rocks -> Spider-Man HS walk -> Waterfall -> Crawl through tent -> Cartwheel over rainbow -> Cartwheel over block -> Ski jumps over snake -> Walk across stones, FR down hill with feet on last stone -> Side jumps -> Crawl across beam, lift one leg at each color
