Raccoons and Birds: Tug of War over the shark

Obstacle Course:

Front roll over bar --> Walk over the sharks --> "Swim" across the shark pit --> Straddle jumps --> Waterfall --> Crab/Bear Walk over the stones (bottom/stomach over the stones, hands on floor) --> Backwards roll --> Hopscotch --> Forward roll off rainbow --> Big Beam --> Scissor walks over the sharks

Stations:

1. Jump over the shark and forward roll
2. Front scale/knee scale on beam (hold as long as they can)
3. Walk across beam and throw ball to shark target thingy
4. Space walks (run over the water with the sharks)
5. Spider-Man HS
6. Cartwheel over the shark fins
7. "Shark tail" jumps (basically donkey kicks)
8. Tuck jumps/seat drops for older kids (older birds)
