Come celebrate your birthday party at Ohio Sports Academy with an Aerial Arts party! We want your day to be extra special – let us be your birthday party host.

Your party will be a mix of on the silks, aerial arts equipment, games, and other fun activities in the gym. With trampolines, swinging ropes, foam pit fun, games and big squishy mats, OSA is the perfect place for a great party!

Special high flying birthday party with aerial arts!

Aerial Arts party participants will enjoy learning fun and exciting poses, climbing, and flying. Try all these activities on silks, hammocks, trapeze, and hoops!

When you have a birthday party with us you don't have to lift a finger. Our goal is to make sure you can enjoy your child's birthday party as much as them. Whether you want to take photos or just live in the moment our awesome party staff will make it happen!

Parties at Ohio Sports Academy are booked on Saturday afternoons and evenings. We are normally booked 4 weeks in advance, so please plan early to avoid being disappointed!

We will set up a link for your guests to electronically sign our waiver - you will get email notification when they do, so you get an RSVP!

PARTY PACKAGE: 2 Hours Long! $375 Includes:

Up to 12 kids. Due to equipment limitations we cannot have over 12 kids for this party.
Aerial Arts parties are geared for ages 8 and up.
1 hour + of supervised age appropriate fun in the gym – games, trampoline, swinging ropes, foam pit, & more with a party host or hostess and helper.
1/2 hour + in our dedicated party area for presents and food depending on size of party .
The “VIP” receives a birthday gift from Ohio Sports Academy and each guest receives a gift as well.
We supply invitations, tableware, and table covering.
You do not have to even cut the cake or help with gifts! Plus you will get an itemized list of who gave what gifts!
Tips are not included in the price but are greatly appreciated by your party hosts or hostesses! ;-)
A deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking and will be applied to the total price of the party. Deposits are non-refundable for any reason of cancellation or change of day and time of party. If we have to cancel or reschedule your party due to federal, state or local mandates we will try to accommodate the new time OR refund you your deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can parents join the fun?

Due to insurance restrictions, no adults will be allowed on the equipment. Parents are more then welcome and encouraged to take pictures!

Who counts as an extra child?

Aerial Arts parties are limited to 12 kids or less due to equipment limitations.

Do you have other types of parties?

Yes we do! We have standard parties, Aerial Arts parties, and we can even customize a party or banquet for you!

Are food and drinks included?

No, food and drinks are not provided by OSA. You are welcome to bring your own food, cake, and drinks. Pizza may also be delivered. Easy to serve food is strongly recommended to allow for adequate time on the silks. Drinks must be individual servings such as Capri Sun, juice boxes, or small water bottles. No 2-liters of pop are allowed. We do not have freezer space for ice cream unfortunately.

Do the parents of the invited friends need to stay?

No not at all! They can drop off and run and pickup when the party is over. Of course they can stay but serving and birthday activity areas are limited to the kids and birthday family parents.

‍The Ohio Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) educational savings account program provides qualifying families with $1,000 per child to use towards approved enrichment and educational activities such as tutoring, academic camps, and before- or after-school programs.
