School's out and we have some awesome week long camps planned ALL SUMMER LONG! All camps are Monday - Friday with late pick up available so you can swing by and pick up your child after work.

OSA Summer Camps are filled with high energy, structured activities for your kids and incorporate open play, organized games, arts, Ninja, and sooo much fun! We change activities every half hour so your kids are never bored. Camp themes change daily!

How much does camp cost?
‍$339 per full week, M-F 8a-3p
          *4th of July week is prorated by 1 day
10% Discount Offer: First full week of camp is full price.
            ALL additional full weeks are 10% off (including sibs).
$80 After Care Add On option, M-F 3:00p-5:00p
            No discount applicable to after care

‍What to Bring to Camp:
‍Labeled sack lunch
Labeled Water bottle
Snacks: pack 2 if you’re staying all day. We also have a vending machine available.
Special items - ex. Nerf guns or other items (we will email this out ahead of time) Don't worry if you do not have these items, we will have some ready to loan out!

$50 Deposit per full week of camp due upon registration
           Deposits are non-refundable regardless of circumstance

Camp Week Payment Plan
            - Camp balance (minus deposit paid) is due by the Mon prior to the enrolled camp week.
            - Payment will be auto drafted via a credit, debit, or ACH account saved in your parent portal.
            - You may pay by cash or check anytime prior to the Mon before your camp week.
            - Unpaid camp balances will be un-enrolled from camp prior to the start of the camp week with the deposit forfeited.
                     This un-enrollment happens on Wednesday (week prior to the camp start date) at 7:00pm.

Daily Enrollments
Daily enrollments will become available 1-2 weeks prior to the start of each camp week if availability exists.

‍Need to Make a Change?
‍Should you need to cancel or transfer your camp week, you may do so anytime prior to your camp week billing date (the Mon prior to your registered week).
Here are the details you should know:
            - If you cancel prior to you Monday bill date, you only forfeit the deposit
            - You may transfer your camp week prior to your Monday bill date to another available week at no cost, based on availability
            - Once the registered week of Summer camp is paid, no refunds are permitted due to last minute cancellation.
                      We will not offer makeups for any missed days throughout your registered week due to the limited spaces available per day.

How do I sign my child up for a camp?

Select the blue "Show Camp Schedule" button above to view our full day camp week options. Click "Register" to the left of your desired camp weeks and complete the sign up form that appears!

Can I switch a camp enrollment?

Full Camp Weeks may be transferred to any other available camp week up until the Monday, 1 week prior to your registered camp. After the Monday prior to your registered week, any changes or camp week tranfers will incur a $30 change fee.

What if my child is sick on a camp day?

We are unable to provide refunds or credits for missed summer camp days/weeks for missed camps. For full week camp enrollments, we do offer transferring to a later camp week (as long as space exists) for a $30 change fee.

Can I cancel my camp enrollment?

Any cancellation made prior to the Monday, 1 wk before your camp wk, will only forfeit your camp deposit. Camp deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations made after the Monday of the week prior to your camp week, forfeits all camp fees and deposits. We do not credit or refund camp payments for any reason including illness. We do allow transfers to any other available camp week for a $30 change fee, however.

Do you offer 1 Day camps or Partial Weeks?

If our full week camps have remaining openings about 1-3 weeks prior, we may open up enrollments for single/multi day campers. This is contingent on space and staffing.

Are there any discounts for daily camp enrollements?

There are no discounts for daily summer camp enrollments.

Are there any discounts for week long enrollments?

Yes! The first full week of camp is full price. After that every week long camp is discounted by 10%. Drop in and daily camps will not have any discount. Also no other discounts apply to summer camps such as sibling and military discounts.

What is your cleaning protocol?

How early can I drop off my camper?

Camp starts at 8:00am. Doors open at 7:50am so you are able to drop off your camper before you head over to work!

What if my child has food allergies?

We do our best to accommodate food allergies but we we do not have the ability to fully separate children during lunch times. Please pack your own epinephrine auto-injector such as an EpiPen. We do not provide snacks free with camp but do have a vending machine with snacks, some may contain allergens. Note: We are not a peanut or allergen free camp.

What does sign in and sign out look like?

What is OSA’s definition of potty trained?

A child is potty trained when they are able to go to the bathroom unaccompanied, clean themselves, flush, and wash their hands with out help.

Does my child already have to be a member at the gym?

No! All are welcome! For summer camp enrollments there is no registration fee. If you were to enroll in classes we offer a life time membership fee per family.

Do you provide snacks for the campers?

No. Parents are encouraged to send 1-2 snacks with campers along with a labeled lunch. We also provide a vending machine on site should you choose to send your child with a few dollars.

Will you remind me about my child's camp?

Yup, we sure will. You will get an email about 24 hours before the day of the camp with some reminders and any changes due to the weather.

Can I use child care state vouchers for summer camps?

Since our facility is not a child care facility that teaches school concepts we are not a approved by the state of Ohio to take these vouchers.

I work during the day, can I drop my kids off early and pick them up late?

Our doors open at 7:50am. This is the earliest you may drop off. The camp day ends at 3:00pm and we do offer "after care" from 3-5pm. After care is a separate sign up. Select the blue box above titled "Show after care schedule" then click "register" next to desired after care camp weeks. Limited after care spots available.

What happens if I pick up my child late from camp?

In order to move our staff to other tasks after camp is completed we bill $1 per minute for extra time. We have retain the right and ability to bill your credit card or AHC information on file.
